State Officials of former Selangor Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Mohamad Khir Toyo have returned to State Government Office to pack but also destroyed some official documents.
Newly appointed Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abd Khalid Ibrahim arrived at Level 19 the building at 2.35pm for a close-door meeting with the former State Secretary and Treasurer.
Around 3.15pm, there were 5 to 6 officers at Level 12 started to destroy some documents. Level 12 was believed to be the Admin & Management division.
Party members of PKR and DAP immediately rushed over to stop the activity, and insisted that these documents are state property therefore must be retained regardless of the contents.
After the "destroy-document" exercise was stopped, the documents were scattered everywhere. According to sources, some of them were minutes of meetings, and some were marked "confidential document".

The destruction of state documents only goes to show that the previous Selangor state government has many things to hide.
A through audit of the entire state department must be conducted immediately so that there is a clear demarcation of the previous state government's and the incoming government's actions.
This will assist in future action against corrupt practices uncovered.

I guess this will not help their case in the next election. What a moron... But, what can we expect out of politician like this. If you perform your work honestly it doesn't have to come to it this way... I guess they are so proud and think they will never get voted out of the office.... THINK AGAIN....

Just goes to show that Selangor for the last fifty years was governed by those who had a lot to hide. Crooks! Corrupted officers! otherwise what is there to destroy? If the administration is clean they would have handed it over without further ado. Should have thrown those morons out many years ago.

The new state government have to really think about getting new team of civil servants to support them.
I have strong doubt the present inefficient and some corrupted civil servants can perform.
The State Government should also find new State Secretary and Treasurer. We jUST DONT TRUST THE EXISTING STATE ADMINISTRATION CIVIL SERVANTS AFTER HOW THEY HAVE SCREWED UP THE STATE.
