Last few days, I went to Q.E.H, Kota Kinabalu to visit a friend of mine who admitted there due to High blood pressure...Ermmm...Well, friend is still a friend for me..Thanks god that there was nothing happen to him...(God still loves you friend..You should be thankful then...hehehe)...It was kinda shocked for me when I received his sms early in the morning...around 2:30 am....ermmm...*tulah...ko misti jaga kesihatan maahh....From this incident, now I realize that how important to keep your body healthy...Sometimes this kind of incident really freaked me out...Duhhh....*syukurlah...I'm still in good condition....So, to those out there...please keep your body healthy...Most important is try to do some exercise twice or thrice a week...For example jogging, doing sports and to name a few...To Gidong, I know you already at home...hehe..So, please take care yourself bro....~~PeaCe..

Last Sunday, O2C group had few activities at Tanjung Aru Beach 1..Else than sight seeing (Ini mimang nie hahahha...), we played "Frisbee" and beach soccer (Kami pinjam budak2 punya bola..si Gidong tu yang duluan hahaaha)..As for Jr, he walked around with Rex hehehe (Sepa tau sepa si Rex nie...kihkihkihkih..)..It was fun though and we had a great times together with other visitors over there...The photographer are Lumis and Mesh/West...Nice shots dude...hehe...Above are some of the photos that taken on that day...So, do enjoy it..(Kaka....4 jak pun gambar kan hahahaha...asal ada bah urang bilang...)~~PeaCe anD Sa Rasa Sa LapaR owh Sikarang hahaha

I got a call from my friend, Mr. Arteo...He called me to invite me for a lunch..hahahaha...*ok sija sia bilang....At first, we decided to take our lunch at Wisma Merdeka cos' Arteo need to take his new glasses somewhere around there..erm...I told him that normally there will be jam over there, so I asked him to choose another place..He reply me that he don't know any other place, so, I suggest him to eat "Ngau Chap Menggatal" at Menggatal town..I also suggest him that also invite Mr. Gidong cos' Gidong also near that area...He agreed. At about 12.30pm, Mr. Arteo fetched me at my office and drove to Sepanggar to fetch Gidong. After that we went to the mentioned place to eat that Ngau Chap..Took around half an hour to finish our lunch...After lunch time, we decided to take few portrait photos at the back of that Ngauchap's shop and we also decided to do a photo shooting at Karambunai Golf Resort..hahaha...You all can see some of the pictures above.
